Abstrak

Introduction Population growth is a dynamic balance between forces that increase and forces that reduce population. The population will continuously be affected by the number of babies born (increasing the population), but simultaneously it will also be affected by the number of deaths (reducing the population) that occur in all age groups. Meanwhile, migration also plays a very important role in population growth, immigrants (immigrants) will increase the population and emigrants will reduce the population.


Collecting data methods. This research is a descriptive survey with a cross sectional design with an observation approach or data collection at once (point time apporoach) which means that each research subject is only observed once and measurements are made on the status of the character or subject variable at the time of examination.


Data analysis. In survey activities using qualitative descriptive techniques, namely in qualitative research the data sources are selected and adjusted to the research objectives. The data collection process prioritizes the emic perspective.


Result and discussion. Based on the results of the population data survey conducted in RT.01/RW.01 Dsn. Glundengan, Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency is the result of a survey of population data from RT.01/RW.01 Dsn. Glundengan Sacred Village is as many as 32 families, with a total number of 99 people with details of 52 men and 47 women. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be seen that there were 12 births, 4 deaths, and 6 displacements (mobility).


Conclusion. Based on the results of the calculation of the population, a population pyramid is obtained for residents of RT.01/RW.01. From the population pyramid, it can be seen that the population in RT.01/RW.01 in Dsn. Glundengan Suci Village, Panti District, Jember Regency is included in a constructive (old) pyramid.
